Art Aquarium Castle, Kyoto,“Dance of the Goldfish”

The Art Aquarium is an aquatic art exhibition that is the pride of Japan to the world. This one-of-a-kind outdoor event takes place at Nijo-jo Castle after dark, when normally the Castle is closed. Furthermore, it takes place in the courtyard of Ninomaru-goten Palace, normally never open to the public. Enjoy a bewitching Japanesque spectacle that portrays Kyoto traditions, as well as traditions relating to goldfish, by way of lighting, music, projection mapping, fragrances, and more.
